Ceremonial dosage is generally 40-42 grams, yet we recommend starting with a lower dose. A daily or coffee replacement dose is 20-25 grams. A small introductory dose is 10-15 grams. As with any new medicine or food, we recommend starting with the smaller or daily dose and gradually increasing. Listen to your body, trust your intuition, and explore which dose works best for you.
