My Journey

Welcome! I’m Natalie and am a Cacao Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner. I first experienced energy healing in Bali where I had a Chakra healing session and loved it! I went on to attend Reiki sessions back in London. These experiences impacted me positively and left me curious about energy healing which led me to the start of my healing journey.

Since then my journey has continued and evolved into plant medicine, one of which is Cacao. I’ve connected with many types of Cacao and have taken a Cacao Practitioner course led remotely from Guatemala. 

I fell in love with Cacao, it helped me to peel back layers and get to know myself on a deeper level. 

​The plants led me to Peru where I lived in the jungle amongst an indigenous community, the Shipibo tribe. The jungle was near the Ucayali River, this is the region where the Cacao is from. It was an amazing experience and one I’m eternally grateful for. 

After the jungle, I was called to the Andes Mountains, I spent time here reflecting on my experiences whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The Cacao is from the Sacred Valley, a few hours away from Cusco and Machu Picchu.

Plant medicine and energy healing have hugely impacted my life and paved a path I want to share with others.
